So Xellos is kind of a tricky guy to deal with...
Emotion Sensing - As a Mazoku, he feeds off of the negative emotions of other beings, and is weakened by positive emotions. So by default, he can at least tell how a character feels just by being around them - and emotional manipulation is A Thing he does. So if you do not want him to be sensing your character's emotions, let me know.
Combat - Canonically, Xellos is ludicrously cheaty when it comes to combat with regular characters, able to swat away some pretty powerful spells as if it were nothing. His powers are explained in his app. This isn't to say he's invincible or unbeatable, but it takes a pretty powerful being to cause him harm through the means of combat. (However, his Persona combat skills are on-par with everyone else.) If you'd rather not have your character face him in combat, let me know.

So, the thing about Xellos is that he is a gigantic asshole who indulges his own entertainment desires a great deal. So in-game, if he approaches a character, he's likely there to annoy them or press them for information - oftentimes for both. He's not out for friendship or fluffy happy times: positive emotions make him ill and he feeds off of negative ones, so he's All Asshole, All the Time. Any CR with him is going to be 'tenuous alliance' at best. If you would prefer to not be tagged by Xellos due to his nature, comment here and let me know which characters he shouldn't tag.
